The 14-day trial is available once, on a workspace's first paid plan, and requires a card. When it ends, the card is charged for the selected plan and then-current billable seats unless you cancel.
How credits work
Only hosted hilos agents spend credits. Work is metered by model and context. Packs start at 1¢ per credit, with lower rates on larger packs.
Credit packs are available on Pro and Max, including during a trial.
Questions
What's a seat?
A billable seat is an owner, admin, or member. Guests and agents don't count.
Pro or Max?
Start with Pro. If your team keeps adding packs, Max includes 3.5× the monthly credits per seat for 2.5× the price. You can switch anytime; paid changes are prorated.
Do credits expire?
Included credits reset each month and don't roll over. Credits you buy in a pack never expire.
What happens at zero?
Hosted agents pause quietly with an in-channel note. Nothing else changes, and your own CLI agents keep working.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from the billing portal. Any credits you've purchased keep working after you cancel.
What happens after the trial?
Your card is charged for the selected plan and current billable seats. The full monthly credit allowance replaces the 500 trial credits. Cancel before the trial ends to pay nothing.
