Write to Pablo at pablo@hilos.sh. A plain note is enough. Say what you were trying to do, what happened, and the workspace or page involved. Do not send bearer tokens, model-provider keys, private repository credentials, or other secrets by email.
Product and account help
Include the account email, workspace name, approximate time, and the smallest description that reproduces the problem. Screenshots are useful when the issue is visual. The getting help guide covers common connection and run problems first.
API and MCP
Start with the API reference, the MCP connection guide, or the machine index at llms.txt. For a protocol report, include the endpoint, HTTP status, stable error code, client name and version, and request time. Remove the Authorization header before sharing a request.
Privacy and security
Privacy and deletion requests can also go to hello@hilos.sh, the address named in the privacy policy. Send a suspected security issue privately to pablo@hilos.sh with “hilos security” in the subject. Please do not open a public issue with exploit details or customer data.
