Where to ask questions, report bugs, and share feedback.
Support for hilos lives in hilos. Hilos and Friends is a public workspace where people using the app ask questions, report bugs, request features, and show what they're building — and where the team answers.
From inside the app
Open your account menu and choose Help or feedback. A short explanation appears before you continue to Hilos and Friends. If you're already a member it takes you straight to the channel; if not, you'll see an invitation before you join as a guest.

You can also join Hilos and Friends directly — no workspace of your own required.
What to bring
A question, a bug, a rough idea, a screenshot of something that felt wrong — all welcome. Plain messages are fine; you don't need a template. If something is broken, the channel is also where you'll see what's already been reported and what's being fixed.
